If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returns Policy
If your item is damaged in any way please contact us at [email protected] immediately and we will guide you through our refund process. Physical products must be returned to us in the original packaging in the condition received within 45 days of receiving them. The cost of returning the item is the responsibility of the purchaser. A full 100% refund of the item will be issued if damaged in any way. This does not include postage costs if any were charged. Returns, once received, will only take 24 hours to process, and expect a refund in your account within 48 hours after that. You will be notified when the refund has been issued.
